Storage
Use the storage box matching your reformer number shown in your booking confirmation. The bed number located at the back of the beds. Keep valuables such as your phone and keys with you during your workout.
Screen Setup
Take a seat on your reformer and tap the screen. Select Create Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Headphones
Pair your Bluetooth headphones with the screen. Make sure they're disconnected from your phone first. Forgot your headphones? Spare pairs are available in the cupboard indicated.
Safety Induction
Before your first workout, you'll need to watch the short safety induction. Takes around 8 minutes.

Once you've completed the induction, you will be recommend a workout to begin with. You can also explore Programs, Challenges and our Workout Library.
